Responsibilities include:

Being the primary point of contact for our patients
Being a source of kindness for all patients
Constantly smiling
Supporting the Pharmacy staff in communicating prescription information
Building relationships with our patients
Focus attention on our patients
Point of Sale operations
Cash drawer management

Preferred Requirements and Skills:

Excellent relational skills
Ability to chat with people of all ages
Ability to serve all types of people
Enthusiasm for developing relationships with people
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to handle issues and complaints with care, concern and grace
Organized and detailed oriented
Background in customer service
