What will a GM do every day?
- Financial Management through P&L, budgeting, and key performance review
- Execution of Pharmacy Operations Strategic Plan goals and objectives
- Execution of consistent Operational Excellence through best practices in a patient safety first culture yielding optimal productivity and performance with highly engaged employees
- Oversight of regulatory compliance
- Recruit, develop, and retain strong operations team leadership and staff
- Retain customers through strong relationships and prompt response to identified concerns, performing customer business reviews and maintaining quality service levels that exceed customer expectations; acts as the primary relationship holder for designated customers
- Support sales to achieve growth objectives
- Travel up to 25% of time
GM Minimum Requirements Will Include
- Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy, Health Care Administration Program, or other accredited health care curriculum
- LTC Management experience - Pharmacy or other LTC related healthcare leadership
- Ability to analyze financial reports and legal documents
- Ability to lead through intentional culture and values-based leadership
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with senior leadership, subordinates, colleagues, staff, customers, public, and regulatory groups
- Knowledge of Office 365 and remote communication tools
- Lean Management or change management training/experience preferred
You must be reliable and have a solid work history to be seriously considered for the position. A completed pre-employment drug screen and background check will be conducted.
